6.5 oz. Of Fresh or Can of
Chopped Minced Clams
Cup of Sour Cream
1 Tbsp. Dehydrated Minced Onions
1 tsp. White Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 tsp. Lemon Juice
1/8 tsp. Lime Juice
2 Tbsp. Clam Juice
5 Drops of Hot Pepper Sauce
Pinch of Garlic Powder

Cooking Instructions

Drain clams and retain juice.
Mix all ingredients together and let
stand at least 1 hour before serving.
Garnish with chopped chives,
garnish around with some
parsley & serve with crackers.
