5 c. Clam Juice
2 1/2 c. Long Grain Wild Rice
1/2 c. Diced Carrots
1/2 c. Diced Red Pepper
1/2 c. Diced Green Pepper
1 tsp. of Lemon Juice
1/2 c. Clam Juice

Cooking Instructions

Use 5 cups of clam juice in place
of water in the rice cooking
instructions. Prepare vegetables
by simmering them in 1/2 cup of
clam juice and 1 tsp. of lemon
juice. Combine cooked rice with
cooked vegetables.

Serves 10 4oz servings.
